How To Use Paypal? No Credit Points Paid To My A/c?

When purchasing Credit Points for any Holding:
•The system must know the email address used to register the IP Holding and the name of the Holding which requires the Credit Points
•It is very important to keep the original validation emails that you receive from Industry Player each time you register a new Industry Player Holding Account so that you can provide the correct email address for the relevant Holding.
•If you use a different email address through PayPal, and do not advise us of this information then the Credit Points will not go to the correct Holding account
•If the Holding which requires the CP's has the same registered email address as that registered with PayPal then the system will automatically book the Credit Points almost instantly.


If you have multiple Holdings and multiple email addresses with PayPal or have not the same email address with PayPal that your Holding(s) has then you will need to follow these procedures when purchasing Credit Points:-

1. Always complete the notes field on the PayPal transaction page and provide the Holding name and correct email address for the Holding which requires the CP's. This is particularly important for players with multiple Holdings otherwise PayPal may book the CP's to any Holding

2. If the email address registered with PayPal is different from the one attached to the Holding then there will be problems. The CP's must be transferred manually by Admin and you need to advise Admin via a Support Ticket (see Support page) of the Holding details and email address. Manual booking of CP's to player accounts is not immediate and there can be delays.


3. PayPal permit several email addresses so players with multiple Holdings should be able to register each Holding's email address with PayPal. Be sure not to confuse the email addresses when purchasing CP's.

4. If possible it is adviseable to change the email address(es) registered with PayPal to the same as your IP Holding's email address (es). This will significantly reduce confusion and problems and save much time in the processing of CP's.

5. It is not possible to receive or to even request CP's before the registration of at least one IP Holding has been verified by Industry Player. (The Holding's registration/validation email must have first been returned to IP by you.)
